Ashwagandha is quite the herbal compound. It’s an adaptogen, which merely means it helps the body deal with stress, and it has been documented as a definitive strategy to reduce the major stress hormone, Cortisol.
Ashwagandha is pretty epic for inducing a nice smooth calm. When I take it after 5PM, I feel considerably more rested when I wake up
But within the last 6 months, I purchased a bottle of liquid Ashwagandha and recently tried to dose it sublingually (under the tongue, to facilitate rapid absorption).
