Ah, the famous question. Should you take nootropics everyday? Well, the short answer is, yes, you could.
But I think it’s important to differentiate between certain types of nootropics – ones you can take everyday and ones you should cycle – as well as to have on standby, great stacks that you can cycle to and from each week to prevent risk.
You might want to prevent down-regulation or tolerance, liver enzyme elevation, creativity blocks, and other potential side effects from certain nootropics.
Reaping the rewards
The thing is, the great rewards to good brain function are massively attractive. And once you find a great couple of stacks to cycle between, it’s hard to go back to baseline brain function.
In the nootropics community, we’re all about improving neurological capacity in a safe way. A lot of us are entrepreneurs (like me), productive corporate latter climbers, C-suite executives, and otherwise productive individuals.
The question of taking nootropics everyday is really a question of: do you want to function super optimally, everyday of your life?
And for uber productive people, that’s life depends on their brain performance, the answer is yes.
I think there’s a safe way to do it, and I’ll explain it clearly in the video below.
- Cortex (Gen 1 and 2)
- Uridine monophosphate
- CDP Choline
- Alpha GPC
- and more!
